Clear Out Steam Mix was created to soothe allergies, congestion and inflammation.
Bring a small pot of water to a boil, add 1 tbsp. of the mix, take it off the heat, and cover for 2-5 minutes. Uncover pot, and rest face over steam for as long as necessary, while allowing sinuses to drain. For best use, lay a towel over your head and the pot during the steam.
Mix contains: tulsi, mint, sage & lavender (all grown in our backyard, 100% naturally)
